Terms & ConditionReturn Policy:We will inspect our products before we shipped out to our customers.We believe that our products are the best Value, Quality and Selections. If an item you purchase from NEW LOOK PLUMBING does not meet your expectations,you can simply return or exchange it within 30 days from the day of purchase .Return Goods will not be accepted by NEW LOOK PLUMBING without prior written (email is ok ) notification by Customer . Authorized return of non-defective merchandise are subject to a 25% restocking Charge. Product must be in original, resalable condition and in original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection and determination or credit worthiness by NEW LOOK PLUMBING prior to deductions should be made. We will issue a Credit to paypal for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Shipping Charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new item(s) Sent. If an item is in damage or Defective by the manufactory, simply return it to us and we will Refund you the cost of the item,sales tax if applicable and shipping. If you find any shortage of your item , simply let us know , we will ship it to you at no cost. Orders will ship through FedEx and can be tracked by the tracking number that we emailed to you. Merchandise that has been shipped for over 30 days shall not be authorized for return. NEW LOOK PLUMBING Shall return any products repaired or replaced under this warranty to Buyer transportation Prepaid, and shall reimburse a buyer for the transportation charges paid by the buyer for Returning such defective products to NEW LOOK PLUMBING . The performance of this warranty shall not act to extent the one-year warranty period for any products repaired or replaced beyond that period applicable to such as originally delivered. |
